Karin-Sybille Rosenfeld, founder of KSR Real Estate in 1989, has many years of success in the real estate business and an excellent reputation both locally and internationally.

She developed her professional know-how working for a Spanish construction company, as the director of an estate agent, and with her qualifications as a “Building Development Intermediary and Manager” and at “Les Heures” University, Barcelona.

Life-long learning and working closely with lawyers, notaries, accountants, public authorities and institutions, registrars and banks have kept her on the leading edge of the business.

Inmobiliaria KSR Real Estate is a member of the largest association of Real Estate Agents of the area, ACEGI, Asociación Empresarial Canaria de Gestores Inmobiliarios, which in turn, is a member of the European Confederation “CEPI”. Members of this organisation are committed to a stringent code of ethics, a guarantee for both buyers and sellers.
