Do you need financing? We can take care of all the papers that your bank requires to study your application and we have the necessary contacts to get other offers for comparison purposes.

We can provide you with detailed calculations of the taxes and other expenses you will face when registering the property.

Usually, you sign a purchase option or reservation agreement by putting up 10% of the purchase price to make sure that the property is not sold to anyone else, giving foreign sellers time to arrange their trip here to sign the notarial agreement and for us, to prepare the paperwork.
